Over the last couple of weeks, I've been teasing you guys with songs that seemed to have nothing in common with each other - except for the fact that each song clocked in under the two-minute mark. So now I present to you 60 of the Best Songs that time-in at 1:59 or less - however, some of these times may be vary, depending on the edition you have, or the times listed in the liner notes versus the actual digital time code - so these song lengths may not be 100% accurate, but that's okay.
I didn't choose any instrumentals (we'll save those for another day) - and I also tried to stay away from cover songs (but there are one or two, as those versions were more popular than the originals). Some of these tracks are fully-realized compositions, others are fragments - or musical segues - but regardless, they are all quite brilliant.
