The Puppet Master series began in 1989, the story of an old puppeteer who brings his creations to life. The Legacy
is the 8th film in the series, combining the story of a woman who hunts down the new Puppet Master to find out how to destroy them. Sound crazy? It is. The Legacy combines this new story line with footage from most of the previous films to basically end the tale. Charles Band, the writer of Puppet Master
, created such cool characters for these films: Blade, Pinhead, Leech Woman, Tunneler, Jester, Torch, etc. I actually went to one of his 'Horror Road Shows' where he discusses his movies and all sorts of crazy stuff goes on. Look below for a photo of my autographed statue of Blade, the leader of the puppets. This was a fun movie and if you've seen any of the Puppet Master films, then you know what to expect.
